TriMend® was founded by Terrie Dickerson, a Certified Ombudsman and accomplished enterprise operations leader with 18 years of experience leading complex service delivery, operational strategy, and relationship management initiatives. Throughout her career, Terrie has been guided by a deep commitment to advocacy, dignity, and creating meaningful experiences during life's most vulnerable moments.
TriMend® is the convergence of those experiences: an advocate's understanding of what patients and families truly need following outpatient surgery and an operator's discipline in building thoughtful, scalable systems that deliver compassionate support consistently.
As Founder and Visionary, Terrie created TriMend® to reimagine the first 72 hours after outpatient surgery through a non-clinical model centered on Healing Lounge experiences, recovery advocacy, and supportive services that help patients and families feel cared for beyond discharge."
